Does your jewelry have a warranty?

Yes, we stand behind our products. We are confident in the quality of the material we use and all items will be free from manufacturing defects.

What's covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover general wear and man-made damage or lost pieces. Kindly note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship, natural characteristics are considered as part of the character of the piece and should not be considered a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. 

What's the material used on your jewelry?

At Luna Jewelry, we only use high quality materials such as Surgical Stainless Steel and 925 Sterling Silver. Those are considered hypoallergenic and are tarnish free. We recommend to clean your jewelry once in a while.

Does gold-plated jewelry fade?

While the exact life expectancy of gold plating depends on how the jewelry is treated, it will last for many years provided the care instructions are followed. 

How should I take care of my jewelry?

We recommend to handle your jewelry with love and care, remove jewelry prior to swimming, bathing and doing sports or other physical activities, limit contact with make-up, creams, perfume and lotions for long-lasting shine.
