Would I receive my jewelry on a box?

Absolutely, we ship the jewelry inside a cotton pouch placed on a delicate white box. So you don't have to worry about gift wrapping.

Unless you select Economy shipping at the checkout, then we will send the jewelry inside of pouch and no jewelry box.

Does your jewelry have a warranty?

Yes, we stand behind our products. We are confident in the quality of the material we use and all items will be free from manufacturing defects.

What's covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover general wear and man-made damage or lost pieces. Kindly note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship, natural characteristics are considered as part of the character of the piece and should not be considered a manufacturing defect. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. 

What's the material used on your jewelry?

At Luna Jewelry, we only use high quality materials such as Surgical Stainless Steel and 925 Sterling Silver. Those are considered hypoallergenic and are tarnish free. We recommend to clean your jewelry once in a while.

Where does Luna Jewelry ship?

We ship to Canada and United States. If you would like your jewelry to be shipped to a different country, please contact us at luna@lunajwl.com

What should I do to cancel or update my order?

You can cancel or update the order anytime as long as it hasn't been packed or shipped. We will do the best to accommodate changes. Please email us at luna@lunajwl.com

I haven't received my package yet.

Kindly note that tracking is not provided when Air shipping to US on Standard packages. It might take few days for you to receive it.

If you haven't received it, we are happy to assist you filling a lost package claim.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once has been delivered by courier. Also, Luna Jewelry is not responsible for any shipments delays caused by custom clearance, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
